Our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind every FixedForm product. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 60 days from the delivery date to request a return or refund — no hassle, no hard feelings.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be made within 60 days of the delivery date.
  • The item should be in its original condition where possible. We understand braces need to be worn to be evaluated — light use does not void your guarantee.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at info@tryfixedform.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions and the return address.
  3. Once your return is confirmed, ship the item back. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first — returns sent without prior approval may not be processed.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email.
  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Email us at info@tryfixedform.com and we'll arrange an exchange at no extra product cost. You only cover return shipping.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no return required in most cases.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Damaged/defective/incorrect items: we cover all costs.
  • Change of mind or sizing returns: customer covers return shipping.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, email us at info@tryfixedform.com.
